How far in advance can I reserve a moonwalk?
As soon as possible. Our bouncers and slides are booked on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Simply give us notice ASAP. We will try to work with you as much as possible if you would like to reschedule to another day. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure a bouncer/slide. You can reschedule up to 6 months from the original rental date. However, once a unit is setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable.

What is the rain or bad weather policy?
We reserve the right not to setup with bad weather pending. If the morning of the event bad weather exists, we will call to cancel the rental at no charge to you. If bad weather is forcast we will call to determine if you still want the rental. Once the moonwalk is setup, payment in full is due reguardless of weather.

What kind of power is required?
Our rentals plug into a standard 110v household outlet. The power source needs to be within 50ft of the unit. We will provide all necessary extension cords.

Do you charge for setup and/or delivery?
Delivery and setup is included within the Shreveport-Bossier City Area. Delivery Charges are extra for areas outside of city limits. 

When and how may I pay for my rental?
Payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or company check.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure a rental date for a bouncer/slide. We due ask that any cancellation or reschedule be made ASAP.
